Hi. I was called by an agent claiming she’s calling from men and wanted to help me upgrade my phone. The whole time she claimed to work for mtn. She gave me a number when I called I found out it was summer mobile. I called to say they should cancel the contract. I spoke to Vincent Kesi who promised to send me a confirmation of cancellation via email. No confirmation was sent, I’m left panicking that these people will push the contract despite my cancellation.
