********** contract and misrepresentation - Upgrade termination

I was called by an agent on Monday 26/02/2018 claiming she’s calling from MTN and wanted to help me upgrade my phone. The entire time she claimed to work for MTN and promised to email me the details of the upgrade. To date I have not received any email or information and writing. She gave me a number when I called I found out it was Summer Mobile. I called to say they should cancel the contract. Please note that I am still within the contract cooling off period and well within my rights to exercise the cancellation of my contract and relationship with Summer Mobile. Please accept this email as severance and termination of the upgrade contract and I no longer wish to do business with Summer Mobile. I do not authorise Summer Mobile to make any debit orders on my account and do not wish to participate in any contract of any kind with Summer Mobile.
