********** account not closed

I don't know where to start but I don't believe this is a genuine company, after receiving calls from their consultants about my cellphone account that was in arrears I told them that I didn't have any account with them. They requested me to send an affidavit and a signed copy of my I ID which I did but nothing changed after that. They kept on debiting my account and I reversed hopping that they were still busy investigating, to my surprise they handed me to dept collectors. I told them my story with theirs client, including that they have requested certain documents which I submitted, the dept collectors also asked for the same documents which I duly submitted. Now I don't know who to turn to, I'm worried that perhaps my good credit record has been tarnished because of these ************ and *********** buch of employees. From what I read here I'm not the only one being harassed by this company, the regulators must do something about this ********, we can't be harassed for accounts that we don't know.
