Finally Received Replacement Phone

<p>Having previously complained about MTN Direct Summer Mobile, and the bad service in replacing a broken cellphone which took 4 months. I am very happy to report that I finally have received a fabulous cell phone. This is ONLY due to one woman - 'Ashleen Elias' who did nothing but help push this issue forward. She went out of hr way to help trace what was happening - why the huge delay. If anyone has any problems with' MTN Direct Summer Mobile' please get hold of Ashleen. I cannot thank you enough Ashleen, if it wasn't for you I still wouldn't have my cell phone. Great job!!</p>
