False advertising from AGS Health/Africa Assist

They confirmed telephonically on various occasions that they will pay for my mother’s hospital procedure once they receive the hospital quote and treatment plan, which I sent to them, now they let us know that they will not cover the procedure as they do not cover the heart. I have requested for authorization from them and just received a decline. My mother needs a angiogram urgently and they are not willing to cover it.
