**** company selling phones

<p>i bought a phone brand new on the 24/10/2016. A week later the phone started giving me problems. It was not charging. i called i smart and told them what happened and expected to get a new phone as it was still within the 14day money back gaurentee. They collected the phone and repaired it. i was not happy but i accepted the phone. Then a few days later the phone gave me problems again. i called them to fetch and they said they will come collect and since then no one has come to fetch the phone. i called i spoke to Winnie and Busi and other people and they said that Mariaana will get back to me who is the manager.</p> <p>Till now i have no feedback and i feel like i have been ******. They dont care as if they doing me a favour. i have paid money they took my money but i have no cellphone.....</p>
