Extremely frustrating! Non existent customer service

I have now requested on so many occassions for my problem to be resolved and still no joy. I have sent emails and have received no response. I feel i have been patient enough with this company. A simple issue that can not be resolved. I do not understand what the issue is. I have been told by Lucian from customer services that my account is in order, yet i still receive calls advising that my account is in arrears. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing service!
