Excellent service

Digicall Assessing Solutions (Pty) Ltd appointed by ABSA I would like to express my gratitude to Heinrich regarding his excellent service provided to me. It has been about 2 months or so where I was trying to get my complaint resolved on repairs done by 1 of your contractors which I was not happy with.

I complained about this and had the privilege of dealing with Heinrich in the complaints department who assured me that he would assist in getting this resolved and kept me in the loop throughout. I'm happy that the repairs have been done to my satisfaction.... A VERY BIG THANK YOU Heinrich, i wish there were more people like you who actually strives to make a customers experience pleasant. Keep up the great work !!!!!!!
