Ex employee unable to get HR to attend to request for old IRP5 forms for SARS

Hello Peter... please make this known. I am an ex employee of Sigma Connected. I've been long gone since 2017. Of late I have been trying to reach Sigma's HR department who has no proper contact number to reach someone internally in order to get my IRP5 forms for tax periods that was not submitted. It has been more than a month that I have been battling to get those forms as requested from their HR team/email. I even went as far as asking one of my brilliant ex managers to assist which they did and to date HR has never minded this request. Eventually I got a reply in last week but my request was not fulfilled. I needed three tax years forms and only one was sent to me after my very first email clearly stated 3 forms for 3 years is what I require. This is the competency we as employees of companies must go through because HR does not feel that certain things are urgent to attend to especially is you don't work there anymore. . The lady who has been responding to my emails go by the name of Alicia, who clearly does not care about shaming the work quality of such a great business. Hopefully this message reaches management and can be attended to in a more dignified way and prove to me once again that the current employees of the company I once worked for is not defined by one employee who is not capable of doing her job accordingly
