DON'T EVER USE SUMMER MOBILE WHEN RENEWING YOUR MTN CONTRACT!!!

I renewed my MTN contract and upgraded my phone after Summer Mobile contacted me. The sales agent was great but my biometric finger prints didn't work when the phone was delivered and the phone was returned. Since (6 working days ago) no one at MTN has been able to help me as they say its a Summer Mobile problem. But the Summer Mobile website doesn't work and they don't answer their phones (I must have tried to call them 20 times). My new phone is apparently is at the warehouse and I am stuck. I cannot believe MTN endorses Summer Mobile, and gave them permission to contact me to manage my upgrade...which they are clearly *********** at. Pls can someone from Summer Mobile or MTN actually help. Summer Mobile has destroyed MTN's brand credibility with me, and MTN assistance has been equally useless
