DO NOT USE SUMMER MOBILE OR MTN DIRECT

Please DO NOT use Summer Mobile. They are the worst in respect of resolve an issue. They not ready for the use of advance technology. Firstly, I'm silly, after telephonically renewing my contract, I had to telephone them regarding status (should have canceled with the benefit of hind side). Received my IPhone 12, 5 moths later its not working and I just can not get it handed in for a warranty claim.

You should simply hand it back via courier as you received it or walk in a store and hand back in. What a mess, 2 weeks and they asking for information that I do not have and Summer Mobile (which I'm of the Opinion has only a sales team, selling contracts and/or BS) can not assist with. They do not respond to e-mails and someone will always e-mail us back.

They are requesting information and documents which neither MTN Direct and/or Summer Mobile do not have on record. everything was completed digital but they request the physical documents.

Should have researched this company before contracting. Anyway, time to cancel contract with the breach of contract remedies available.
