Dishonest and Unreliable

Two representatives were sent to our property, and unfortunately, both provided misleading assessments—one seemingly covering for the other. After considerable time was wasted, we had to bring in a reputable local company to conduct an unbiased evaluation. It quickly became clear that the original team had undervalued key items and lacked fundamental knowledge in several areas. Tellingly, each corrected item in the new report was followed by a dismissive “Sorry for the oversight,” highlighting the extent of their inaccuracies.
