What a ****ing waste!!

So much for “We’ll send out assistance for your emergency”. Received a call from them at 15:09 for my entire kitchen ceiling which has caved in aswell as a sagging dripping wet dinning and lounge ceiling probably about to collapse too. This as a result from a hailstorm, I suppose they’re still on their way at 20:00pm. Sitting with a house full of buckets from the water/ice melting from the ceiling. ****ing disgusting if you ask me, pathetic service honestly, STOP sending automated **** sms’s and calling to give people hope that assistance will be coming their way, when you guys know that you actually don’t give a flying ****.
