Disgusted and regret

i received my phone over a month ago my airtime is still not topped you when you contact the customer services all they say they will escalate it but when taking money they dont escalate it. I have never received such poor services that they dont follow up as a new client they should care not to lose me I spoke to so many consultants snazo.Busi,nthabiseng and rajesh all of this people have been escalating am hoping ill get feedback asap
