DIGICALL IS UNREACHABLE NOT RELIABLE

I have lodged a claim with Hollard MyLife and More and Digicall is the one who sent the assesor.My problem is a lack of communication,They are unreachable you will hold for an hour no one picks phone.They only send sms which you cant understand.You end up not knowing what is happening with your claim.
