Digicall Insurance

I'm not insured with Digicall however I have a third party claim with them being handled by a gentleman by the name of Dayne Howard. I'm extremely unhappy with his professionalism and how long it takes him to respond to email. I've been waiting for almost 3 months for my car to be fixed which has put me at a great inconvenience as my boot doesnt work. I'm a pregnant mother and I need to transport my daughter to school and with my boot not working this means my handbag and her school bags all have to sit at the back seat which puts us at risk for smash and grab. I'm due to give birth soon and at this rate I won't even be able to put a car seat for my new born. Grocery shopping is also a nightmare because i cannot use the boot.
