Digicall *****ing Insurance monies!!!

I am so disappointed!!!We had a emergency during last rainfall. We were asked pictures of the area flooding. Workers arrived hours after the rain stopped, with 4 x small sandbags. Dug out our own back garden. Took them 10 min and then stood picking lemons and guavas. Still made them tea while standing around just to be billed R2 600!!! Next time NO EMERGENCY SERVICES, will rather let damage take place and have damage fixed. What a ripp off. Daylight *******!!!
