Digicall = General Maintenance

Momentum Short Term insurance continue to appoint Digicall to my natural disaster claims, who's assessors do not complete compelling reports and look for a "General Maintenance" get out clause for their assessments. I have the original building plans signed off by the City of Sandton, yet was advised that their was a building defect by the ombudsman after I objected to Digicall's assessment of general maintenance when experiencing flooding.

Further to this Digicall again labeled not 1, but 2 water pup damages (one submergible borehole pump, and 1 JoJo pump) to general ware and tear - how coincidental when there was sever lightening.

Its clear that the appointed personal from within Digicall refute the claims and then offer their own company's support to repair conditions for their own financial benefit

As for my Momentum STI broker, who ignored my request to have Digicall removed from assessing my claims, I have been forced to part ways due to poor service support
