Digicall (DAS) - Absolutely Poor Service

Poor poor poor service. Digicall (DAS) was appointed by my Absa insurers to handle a claim from a geyser burst and have had all round unacceptable service on all levels from them. They don't get back to you and rely on you to chase them with still no feedback. I work for Absa and will definitely be in touch with our guys to remove them from the contract.
