Data did not load as yet and still awaiting feedback
Good Morning
I phoned in on Tuesday inquiring about the the 500mb Data that was not yet up untill today loaded for this month, I spoke to a consultant named Lulu. She told me that she is going to escelate this matter and give me feedback still on the same day. Till now no feedback was given and no data was loade. The only data that got loaded was night time but as per my contract agreement it is 500mb anytime data.
The debit payment did go off for this month but the agreement of the contract that i get loaded 500mb anytime data has not been met.
Soonest response will be appreciated

Data Allocation of 500mb for the month of March was loaded on the 1st as per our network usage report and as per our discussion.
Please kindly advise as discussed, once you have checked with your brother as he might be subscribed to contents on his line that he is not aware of or check if he monitors his cellular data to prevent data from depleting, since he is the one utilizing device.
