Contract upgrade (MTN)
I was upgraded by this company on the MTN network on 08 August 2017. The device was never delivered to me. After various communication via email and telephone, the device was still not delivered. I have also logged a complaunt via the MTN channels and visited a customer service deparrment 3 times. It is now 3 months later and the matter is still not resolved
