Contract **********ly opened in my name with insufficient supporting documents

A MTN contract was opened in my name in August 2016. It came to my attention when a debit came off my account from MTN on 26 September 2016. Note I do not have a MTN contract.

I have been dealing with MTN the last 2 weeks and it turns out it was opened by Summer Mobile

I have the supporting documents and I don't know how this was ever approved. Details don't match. A 'bank statement" of only 1 month yet the statement does not match the details of the debit (different banks used). No payslip, no proof of residence, ID was not certified.

I want to speak to a manager.

I am taking this issue to the police.

Thank you for getting back to me.

Apologies as it seems MTN gave me the incorrect information and the contract was opened by MTN direct and not by Summer Mobile.
