Complaint: Very poor customer service

I have been struggling to cancel an MTN upgrade contract taken through Summer Mobile for more than seven days. I requested the cancellation via MTN Clearwater on 4 Nov 2018. Between Summer Mobile and MTN there has been unnecessary delays and sub-standard customer service. More over there seems to be no consistency in Summer Mobile's processes as I have been advised of varying time periods on the cancellation process. Despite the cancellation request being escalated to a manager/managers at Summer Mobile by MTN there seems to be no initiative to step up their shoddy service. I certainly DO NOT recommend doing business with Summer Mobile!!
