Cellphone contract

An agent from Summer mobile recently called me to do an upgrade. the upgrade was done and she promised to sent me the copy of the contract on my email which she never did. I called their call center to request the copy of the contract, this Indian lady who was rude.

when they still want your business they will act professionally. I would not advise anyone to take or upgrade through the agents, rather go straight to the service provider.
