Careless customer service

Hi my name is buy Vuyokazi Gqomo, I bought a contract phone from I smart connect, it's a contract phone, I used it for a very short amount of time then all over the sudden few months later it died, I reported it to the company then they came to collect it to fix it, it can't back about a month later, it was working fine but about 3 months later the battery died, so I tried to contact them again then they told me that they only covered the battery for 6 months, I kept on trying to contact them but I ended up not being able to get hold of them anymore, until I stopped paying them, they then started to call again.
