Can your call centre remove my no from your database and stop calling me

I received a call from the Smart mobile Call centre from no. + ********** 7018. I asked to pls not be called again and was told it is not thr person calling me to remove my no. What BS. I WANT MY NO REMOVED IMMEDIATELY..
