Bogus Contruct
I was convinced over the phone to receive a tablet from Ismart but when they delivered sometime in 2015, I phoned them to complain as the phone was not according to specs. They instructed me to send it back and that they will send back the courier company to collect it and sure they did come and collect.
To my surprise, they started calling now for payments for the phone they never delivered. I want an end to this because they are at liberty to check that I never used the phone at all after returning their bogus tablet to them. i want them to stop harassing me.
