Bad service with allocation
Good day
I'm writing again for the same thing that happened last month and the other months,I haven't received my allocation and payments are up to date from my side so I need to know what exactly am I paying for if I can't receive my airtime and sms in time as promised when I took the contract phone.such a bad service
