Bad service from Sigma
Trying to settle my direct axis loan which was handed over to sigma altough i was under debt review. It is now more than a month and still no feedback from them. Only to say i will refer to my manager. But nothing happened. Bad bad service.

11 Dec 2019, 13:41I am not happy at all... Please write off the debt. My id *** as I tried to settle this acc more than a month ago. Was retrenched end of October. If you do not want to accept R18 000 today, the 11th of October, you will have to accept R50pm... Please confirm urgently
