I have a cellphone contract with ismart I called last week to enquire as to why my airtime,messages services haven't been credited and was told that they would load it on the system on the 25 as they made it manually which is ridiculous cause when I took a contract the terms were that every month on the 15th they would load it and now is the 26th its not loaded and the lady I spoke to last week said she will send and email to find out and get back to me and still no feedback.
