Bad Service.

Good Morning, This is my 2nd complaint. No one bothers coming back to me. I am tired of begging for my money. I get different information all the time. This has been 11th week in total. Tomorrow will be 30 days since I have signed off the "Third Party Release". Two weeks ago, I was told that Guard Risk paid you, so I handed in my car. That was another story. I cant fetch my car, until I pay them. I need the money, and I don't really want to beg for it. I want my car back.
