AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If these people call you and offer you an upgrade, PUT DOWN THE PHONE. Go directly to MTN, please - for the sake of your sanity. I was upgraded 9 weeks ago & I've never received my phone. It is extremely difficuly to reach them on the phone & they do not reply to emails. Seriously, stay very far away from Summer Mobile! Worst customer service I have ever received.
