ATROCIOUS SERVICE - MTN REPRESENTATIVES

What ********** service by Summer Mobile to my sister-in-law. They sold he a contract with a specific phone but delivered an old version of something totally different. Once agreeing to cancel the contract, she gets no joy from them and the manager is never available. On calling them they just laugh at her and say "go to your attorney"or to "Hello - Peter". MTN are awaiting feedback from them and the phone has been returned. When she calls they seem to put the call on speaker and all are laughing - this is absolutely unacceptable and atrocious - why MTN still allows them to represent them is not understandable
