April 2022 storm Kobus Paulsen

In April 2022 we had a catastrophic storm in Natal. Kobus Paulsen, from Digicall came out to my property and had so much time on his hands that he climbed up one side, walked over the pitch of the roof down the other side to take photos of my outbuilding roof stating poor maintenance. The complaint was not the outbuilding roof. He had submitted those photos to insurance causing my claim to be rejected. Digicall responded with an apology stating they were inundated and he got confused with his photos. They sent out his colleague to redo the assessment who from the point he entered the gate tried to back up Kobus Paulsen, and then submitted a report stating it is storm damage but the roof was damaged over a period of time despite the fact that he was informed the roof was repaired and cleaned in 2021. In my opinion due to Kobus Paulsen dishonesty I had to suffer thru a year of fighting with my insurance. Also note that Digicall assessors has no qualifications and makes decision on people's property and lively hoods.
