Appalling company to deal with

If i could give this company 0 stars, i most definitely would. Firstly, the responses I received whilst trying to make the booking were somewhat unprofessional, but we decided to look past that. Then I made a booking for Saturday the third of December, I then asked of it will be delivered on the friday as I was being charged a weekend rate, I was told yes, Thursday afternoon i received a message, stating, not asking, that delivery will be on Saturday morning. The delivery was then 2 hours later than the time I was told. We then inflated the waterslide and had 2 little children, ages 8, playing on the slide, they were playing for about an hour when one on the seams came undone, on the slide, and it was then left unusable, this was at about 18:00 in the evening. We then discontinued use. Upon informing Kim of the issue on Monday morning, we were appalled by the rude and shocking responses that we received stating that at 18:00 on Saturday night (when their website shows they are closed) we should have then informed them of the fault. May I just say, we received no rental terms, nor are there any on their website stating that we must immediately report an issue on THEIR side after hours. The only positive to this company is their drivers who are friendly and very helpful. 10/10 would not recommend this company to anyone.
