Accused me of lying

Hi, I received a call from Meyedar from sanclare financials and she asked me when am I paying my debt that is when I told her I have been paying my accounts and she said it straight to me that I am lying there is no payment done since 2011, she then said to me she needs prove of payments before i can even ask for her email adress she hang up then she called the following day saying to me i told you, you were lying about your payments that's why I still don't have your prove of payment then I politely asked for her email address and I then mailed it to her she never communicated with me to say she got them or not or atleast a decency to call and apologise to say I am sorry I accused you of lying
