Account Settlement

I have been contacted by Sigmasa for my direct axis account which was handed over to them. I have 4 accounts with them and I requested that they give me 30% discount on 2 accounts so that I will be able to settle them. I was told 30% is impossible and they can maybe give me 20%. I am pleading with whoever has the powers to approve this 30% discount to please do that as I'm trying to get out of debt and Sigmasa always says they are there to help clients get out of debt. Your assistance will be highly appreciated
