A real gem of a Customer Service Agent

I was hoping to be able to change my rating on the original review however I am unable to. The original post was titled 'Most pathetic customer service and worst company I've ever dealt with'.

A very, very big THANK YOU to Kayla who assisted me in resolving my issue regarding the sim swap. She managed to get my number back even though Cyril (who the manager assigned to assist me) advised that this was not possible. She made sure to follow up with me every step of the way... even though I was a bit impatient at times. I am very impressed with the way she handled me and my issue. With all my irritations and frustrations she never once hung up the phone in my ear (as a previous consultant had done) nor was she rude in any way.

I hope her management knows how valuable an asset she is to the company. She truly understands what customer service is and she has shown me how passionate she is about assisting her clients as he not only resolved my query but also managed to make a very frustrated client, not only smile but let out a little laugh too. Kayla is a real gem and it's because of her that I did not pursue legal action.
