2 Months still no delivery

I opted in to upgrade with Summer mobile on the 1st August 2017 and 2 months later my phone hasn't been delivered, at some point I decided to cancel the upgrade request as I was not getting any Joy, the cancellation was still not done, so I called in again and I was promised that the delivery would happen soon but still no delivery? I mean what is this?? You don't want to cancel my upgrade or don't want to deliver my phone?? This is a serious breach of contract (I have agreed to another 2 year contract without you delivering the goods) every time I call in someone always tells me the delivery will happen next week, for once just do the right thing, either cancel my upgrade request so I can go to another store and upgrade there or deliver the phone, you cannot benefit from non-delivery or ****py service
