1 year and a few months and repairs are still not done

Its been over year and my repairs are still not done properly, its such a mission making an appointment with them and when you finally do they don't pitch up, after you complain then they call you, they did the job but not properly and now my tiles are lifting I notified them and 4 months later they come to assess and agree to fix or replace those few tiles but until now no arrangement has been made I am still left with broken tiles when I ask to send me the report of what they did they ignore me, terrible service and terrible workmanship

Good day Jamie

Having further reviewed our records and following the appointed contractor’s return visit to site, we can confirm that we have submitted our findings regarding the subsequent lifting of the laminate floors (tiles) to your Insurer and await their further advices/instructions.

Whilst we have requested their feedback, you may wish to liaise with them directly as well

Kind regards
