URGENT DISABILITY PAYOUT REQUIRED

Good day thisbis Christelle Wagner, I'm writing a review on behalf of my sister Carla Ann Van Niekerk. Different Life Case No.*** This case was lodged with them on the 23/10/2024 for a disability case. (Ayanda Ngcayiya consultant from different Life Tel *** E- Mail Address is ***) On Sunday 9/9/2024 my sister was working early hours of the morning she got home around 6am went back to bed to rest and sleep I woke her up around 9am found her totally disorientated unresponsive and with a slury speech, I immediately got the ambulance out to our address which is 12 St Michael Str, New Redruth they Checked her vitals and found her blood pressure high suggested that she goes straight through to casualty. We then proceeded to take her straight to Telle Morgoegen Regional Hospital which we then did by car. On arrival of the hospital the inserted an Iv line and a catheter and took her straight to MRI and CAT Scan. And also for an ECG she was there for 4 days just laying in a casualty ward with around 50 to 60 patients. On Monday 10/9/2024 the result came out that she has had a mini stroke and the found a dark spot on the brain. She was then discharged on the 15/9/2024 with Hypertension meds. A month later on the 1810/2024 at 04H30am she collapsed while performing her duties as a logistics driver, immediately a called her spouse and son for assistance and they arrived swiftly. From there she was taken to South Rand Hospital which she received good service and prompt attention and was also taken to Jhb Hospital for the various scan processes from there she was admitted back to South Rand and taken up to Ward 6 where she was taken good care of. The results stated that it is a confirmed CVA Hemi which is serious and affected her right side. She remained in hospital for a week on meds and is also still u.dergoing spysio as well as occupational therapy and is unable to drive or perform her duties as a driver. All of the above was handed over to Different Life with full report, photos, Dr's finding notes and e erything. However since then we are struggling to get Different Life to pay out her Disability. We leave messages, e mail, phoning and my sister is deteristi.g by the day and getting worse. We are not happy about this, pls if Hello Peter.com can sort this out for us.
