THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS TOTALLY NOT RELIABLE

I have taken a life cover with Different Life. Every time I try to contact them their phones are always on voice-mail. I haven't received any contractual documents but they have been happily debiting the premiums.. I want to cancel this policy asap
