Sales agents lack maturity - no skills to assist potential clients - people should look elsewhere

Wow, I was looking to get a life cover quote and thought Different Life would we one of the options I consider - wow, the agent that they make use of to provide quotes.

One would think they are doing you a favour by calling you for a quote. What a disappointing behaviour at a time where businesses should be making every effort to bring in sales. Different Life clearly do not understand that their sales people is one of the first touch points for potential customers - if the agent lacks the professionalism and skills to bring in clients (who are interested in the products) then you are doing yourself a disservice.

I will look elsewhere....
