Outstanding Service from Tsepo at Different Life
I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Tsepo Lehola from Different Life regarding my new life cover. From the very beginning, Tsepo displayed professionalism, patience, and genuine care in walking me through my options.
He took the time to explain everything in clear, simple terms and made sure I was fully comfortable before making any decisions. What really stood out for me was how he went the extra mile to waive an initiation fee that was no longer necessary, as my cover date had already started. That fee was meant to cover the gap between the start date and the date of taking out the cover for accidental deaths, but since I was already fully covered, Tsepo ensured I didn’t pay unnecessarily.
