No assistance with payment holiday ... Different life just want to terminate policies

Im desperately trying to arrange a payment holiday on my Different life policy.

in reply to my request i received the following from Nico Moagi Dear Tanya, This email confirms your request to terminate your Different Life policy DL18-***. As you will be losing the cover provided, we will call you to confirm this cancellation. Your cancellation has been requested effective from 2020-07-01. If you do not want to cancel your cover, call me or send me an email (and I will call you back).

Ive now send 2 email informing this Nico Maogi that I am self employed and that my business are not doing well at all. I dont want to cancel my policy I just need a payment holiday for June, July and August. I trust that my business will pick up around August.
