Life cover claim
Not sure if I'm the only one struggling with the life cover claim. My husband past on 11 months ago and I still have not received the life cover claim. It all started with request from different life for my husband's medical history going 10 years before taking the cover. Now the feedback keeps on being they cannot get access to medical files from some institutes. This is very frustrating.

23 Mar 2022, 08:55Hi there. Can it be escalated please as Ayanda has been giving feedback which is the same for the past few months. Feedback remains to be they cant access medical info. I'll also like to know what happens if the info. is not received and when will a decision be done on this.
