Hippo & Different Life Cover wasting clients' time!

I don't understand why Hippo life quotes would again refer me to Different Life Cover quote after they'd rejected me some years before! Fortunately the agent Quantan that had called me years me years before was same one that called me now. He was frank enough to say as I'd failed before I'd fail now again in getting cover! Asked why they don't remove us riffraff from their Hippo/Different Life from their systems in order to make our lives simpler & be more professional. No answer as one gets from puppet employees.
