Disability Payment

Good Afternoon, I currently have a disability policy with Different Life, I had 3 Strokes in 2024 however it was reported to Different Life first time 23 October 2024 and this is now been ongoing since then which is now 7 Months, My circumstances has been deteriating tremendous. I can not work any more and is now on disability permanently. I have Delt with Ayanda from when my policy was purchased, and then been handed over to Mr Tshepo Lehola. I'm not happy about this whole incident I have been declared dead 2 Twice already by Different Life which is totally unacceptable, I have made calls to them which most of them were returned, but since the last over a month's ago we heard nothing this far as to what is going on. I tried again this morning to no avail. Pls can this be sorted out immediately. Many calls also which was made by me went unanswered and Mr Tshepo Lehola said he would check to see what going on why the calls is not reaching him or Ayanda. I am extremely unhappy to date and request that this be sorted with extreme caution.
