DIFFERENT LIFE - NOT DIFFERENT - JUST *****
So a facebook advert from different life, whereby if they cannot beat your current life cover quote they will pay you R500. So i agreed to this as we are in a time where if you cant get better cover you may as well make use of the benefit.
the call was by Clinton Swarts - salesperson - he talked me through the quote. at the end i asked him about the fact that he didnt beat my quote so he needed to pay me R500, to which he rep**** he did not do a like for like quote. to me its silly as i called out each amount im currently covered for. the recording can be used as proof of this.
following the disgruntled conversation - he called me to say i should forward my current policy and the comparison would be made and i would then receive the R500. since then i was then asked to submit the questions i was asked when i took up my current cover... what bull**** is that. the ad stated if current premium cannot be beat you would qualify for the cashback.
to me this company lacks morality and is unable to uphold their deals. if they cannot keep to their word on something as measly as a cash back, what are the chances they wont look for a way of not paying out your benefit.
