Different Life Scores Again!

It has been such a tedious process to get the bond cede done especially since our transfer attorney fails to respond to emails for weeks! We have been going back and fourth literally stressing and trying to figure our what to do and who to contact regarding this matter. A bond protector was added to our property purchase when we clearly stated that we do not require that because we would like to have our life policy ceded to our bond. It was highly frustrating as we called the bank and our attorney as no luck at all! I have previously dealt with Skumbuze from different life and he was such a pleasure to work with yet AGAIN! He went out of his way to resolve our matter and he as well tried contacting the transferring agent but with no response and luck as usual! Skumbuze helped guide us through the process and made the bond cede not that stressful as it was on the beginning. He kept on mailing and calling and eventually we managed to get the bond ceded. He truly does deserve to get recognized because he does go above and beyond for his clients and he is so easy to deal with, and highly knowledgeable. I am simply amazed by the excellent customer service! We are so glad to have chosen different life and surely to recommend our family and friends too! I definitely made the right decision by choosing different life to protect my family!
